The Long Beach Community Design Center hosted a powerful and timely panel discussion titled “Gentrification vs. Revitalization” at Studio One Eleven in Downtown Long Beach.

This community-centered event brought together local residents, planners, activists, and thought leaders to explore how urban development can move forward without displacing the culture, history, and long-time residents that make our neighborhoods unique.
